HRO provides the administrator an ability to identify the occupancy ratios of a selected location per sub location per bed, the name of the patient, the duration for which the location had been occupied by the patient, the acquisition cost for the hospital against the occupancy and the actual billing cost to the patient. Equipment Report: Provides a detailed report of the equipment usage consisting of the name of the equipment, quantity used, acquisition cost, billing cost acquisition total and the billing total.
Pharmacy Report: Provides a detailed report of the drug usage and provides the administrator the details of the usage for the last 4 weeks of time. The equipment report mainly consist of the name of the drug, quantity used, acquisition cost, billing cost acquisition total and the billing total.
Resources Report: Provides administrator a detailed report of the overall resource usage based on different designations. The system by default provides the statistics for last 4 weeks duration which can be changed as per the query requirements of the administrator.
Radiology & Lab Report: Provides a feature where the administrator can retrieve the information of patients on whom a specific test had been conducted, the number of times the test was conducted, acquisition and billing total for the patient respectively.
Expected Revenues Report: Provides the administrators overall view of the payments that were expected from each of the patients. A drill down feature has been provided using which the administrator can view the complete patient expenditure and revenue details with a detailed break up of each expenditure and revenue heads.
Additional Cost Report: Provides the additional cost that were incurred Ex: transportation charges, co-pay charges and patient on whom the additional cost had been incurred their acquisition totals and the billing total.
Patient Details Report: Provides a detailed comparison of expenses versus revenues for the selected patient. This report provides information about the patient expense against each of the head expenses and the payments made by the insurance companies and the payments made by the individual along with the expected revenues from the patient.
